fantastic stay!
friendly staff spacious room convenient location
the location was unbeatable, right in front of the bus station!! it made getting around the city super convenient. the staff was friendly, always ready to assist. the rooms were spacious, super clean, and very comfortable.
i felt breakfast could use a little more variety, especially for longer stays.

the wifi was excellent, fast, and reliable throughout my stay. free 24hr post-check out luggage storage was particularly welcome because i had an evening flight. the hotel itself is very calm, perfect for a peaceful rest.

The location is central to many sights. I could walk to most places. The water dispenser in the restaurant was available anytime. Breakfast offered many options and the staff worked efficiently.

Very nice stay!
great location comfortable beds
This hotel's location is great. It is a three-minute walk from the river and the Triana bridge! It is a five-minute walk from Plaza de Armas for buses and a ten-minute walk from the center with the cathedral and Alcázar. The beds were very comfortable.
The AC in our room was difficult to control. I even had to use ChatGPT to figure it out! Instructions in the room would really help, even though the receptionist changed the batteries for us.

The room was a lovely size! It also had a terrace, which I was so grateful for in the warm weather! I had relaxing meals sitting at my little table outside, doing some good lounging on the loungers.

The staff was very friendly, very helpful! They left us a couple of bottles of cava for our anniversary. I really appreciated the free 24hr post-check out luggage storage, since we had an evening flight.

location is ok but some issues need addressing
bathroom fan noise isolation
The room was just not up to par. the bathroom fan didn't work. also, i found several hairs from previous guests in the bathroom, pretty gross. the noise isolation was horrible. It sounded like the neighbors were in the same room. sleep was definitely not guaranteed.

The staff was helpful. Breakfast had good times, specifically from 7 to 11 am. I appreciated the helpfulness.
The room felt small. It gave a claustrophobic feeling. I also observed some hot food sitting out for too long causing it to be cold. There were no warming plates available.

The hotel is near the main attractions. A short walk got me everywhere. i found the breakfast had a very good selection. the room was clean and i was happy with the high-quality amenities provided. the staff were polite.
the room's temperature control wasn't working as i expected, so the bathroom felt a little off.

An acceptable hotel
good location helpful staff extensive breakfast dirty room stained towel bad sound isolation
The location was pretty good. It was a short walk to main attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was varied and extensive. It was worth the extra money.
The room was NOT properly cleaned before our check in. I saw hair from previous guests on the bathroom walls. One of the towels had makeup stains. The sound isolation was also very bad. I could hear the neighbor talking and snoring.
